From the KINGFISHER HIDE
In the morning a 2nd male Kingfisher appeared and was chased around by the resident pair from about 0915 until about noon. It was aerial warfare. In the afternoon, the rogue male seemed to disappear and left the residents to incubate(?) the fourth brood.
From the LAPWING HIDE
At about 1245 a Hobby appeared briefly to hawk dragonflies (of which there were many) over the wet meadow.
