Get active at Rainham Marshes!
I wanted to give you a heads up of something exciting happening at Rainham Marshes!
Coming soon is a very exciting project here at Rainham...
The RSPB and Sport England have formed a partnership to encourage more people to actively enjoy nature. The two-year project involves new activities and facilities at two RSPB nature reserves, Rainham Marshes and Strumpshaw Fen. Together we will offer an events programme based around cycling, running or climbing in wildlife rich surroundings.
Keep an eye out for lots of exciting things at Rainham - you'll be able to hire bikes to explore the sea wall, go on a guided bike ride, climb on boulders (from very easy never climbed before to competent climbers who are wanting to push their grade V0-V5), join a running club, or learn to run... and there will be more to come!
