Woods and heathland

Despite having been to the reserve many times over the years, last weekend my wife and I finally made it past "The Clump" down across the heathland and into the Black Wood. What a revelation, stunning vistas and hidden glades. The bluebells in the Black Wood were looking stunning - perhaps it should (temporarily) be renamed the "Blue Wood" each Spring? I've uploaded some of the pictures I took to Flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/jaylward/albums/72157668398421786 https://www.flickr.com/photos/jaylward/albums/72157666099014703
