With a full day of sunshine on Monday, the first Adders of the year where seen soaking up some rays. Sightings have continued throughout the week, the best spot to see the adders has been along 'Adder alley' the pathway that connects Winpenny and Little Hanger.

The floodwater is continuing to recede, and I am happy to report we once again have some Waders on the reserve. Sightings from South Brooks have included Dunlin, Snipe and a single Redshank whilst on the North Brooks Ruff, Curlew and fifty Black Tailed Godwits.

However, it is not just the birds benefitting from a great offer. Our Love Nature Biscuits are now only 99p per pack (normally £1.99) and all three flavours are on offer whislt stocks last- Lemon, All butter and Stem ginger (my favourite is the Lemon).
