Hi,
I will be visitng Otmoor for the first time next week. I have looked at the maps and identified the car park from Beckley. Are the screens and hides you all chat about accessible from the carpark? My Dad speaks highly of the reserve having seen hobby here a few months ago. I am just hoping for anything!
Any information would be appreciated!

The screens are accessible from the car although some distance away the furthest being about 1.5 miles but all on level ground. For more information on what you can see visit www.surfbirds.com/.../OtmoorBirding
Your Dad is right, it is a fantastic reserve and has something different for all seasons. word of advise though if it is cold out it will be very cold there so wrap up warm.

well I had a great afternoons birding with blue sky and calm warm conditions. Meadow pipit, wheatear, egret, shoveler to name a few - next time I'm in the area I'll visit again. Thank you!
