"We take so much of nature for granted, especially the little things. There are all these interesting and intelligent things going on but people just walk past.  I’d say we need to trust our instincts go outside, to a beach or reserve, close your eyes and breathe in and acknowledge that feeling. There is a reason for that reaction. Put your phones down and get outside in a green space.”

“Photography got me into nature. I’ve always love the little things like Ants. In fact I think they might be my favourite animals. It’s dead exciting to see these little creatures within their intricate worlds. I also like sea gulls; I think they are great characters. Where I come from its not just sea gulls that pinch chips but old people too.

When I’m in nature I feel relaxed and at one. It’s really peaceful.  I also feel thirsty to find out more. I love that rustle of the trees, it makes you aware of a world you aren’t normally part of.  I also love that when you are in nature something different every time. Sometimes it might not be what you were hoping for but it means you are more excited and appreciate it more when what you were waiting for happens.
