It was lovely to see the geese are starting to arrive at Mersehead - no barnacles yet of course but we saw skeins of pink-footed geese arriving, and also saw canada geese and a small number of greylag.
Looking forward to the barnacle geese arriving!

We were back down at Mersehead last week and there are many more geese and wildfowl there now - a perfect time to visit! (though it is a great place to visit all through the year)
