Friday 19th April - saw osprey catch fish in Swinsty Reservoir. Amazing sight. We were at Loch Garten last week and saw EJ lay first egg. Very surprised to see osprey in Yorkshire. Anyone had other recent sightings in this area ?

ALAN -just my luck the ospreys seen in all yorkshire this month i missed by about two days-two miles or two hours

BIGBIRD you lucky thing. I walk round Swinsty regularly and have always thought it would be a good spot to see an Osprey but never have - yet.
