Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
I use Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 myself Cirrus and Clare but if you have a photobucket account you can do it there too. There is plenty of software out there, some of if free, to enable you to produce stuff like this.
