Yes, SCYLLA , he did hav a fish but it looked whole to me so maybe he flew off with it to eat the head and bring it back to the female. Very different in looks aren't they?
The peregrin chicks are noisy little souls Can't see as tucked under mum.....just half an empty egg shell on the side
At least 2 eggs at Tweed Valley here
Madis could teach EJ a thing or two about waiting for her true love - though there's no evidence that this male won't be her true love soon, he's brought fish but I haven't seen it handed (talon-to-beaked) over.
This pair have been so active on the nest today that I cannot keep up with it.
IMAGICAT
Thanks for video SCYLLA
Oh dear , Piret really doesn't want to know does she. I wonder if she is indeed waiting for her proper mate.
Mind you, it took Odin seven skydances with seven fish to win EJ
Lol, CIRRUS, there's be hope for Madis yet :-)
I just experimented with Photobucket's slide show - pics could probably be better chosen but hey!
Oh! it doesn't link :'(
3 eggs at Bassenthwaite.
Thank you for the heads up RUTHIE
