Dunedin male:
Also read about a tweet from Caerlaverlock, the seem to have the same issue of mysterious eggs as LOTL? Not sure if it has already been posted here as I have not read back, but they seemed to think the female laid an egg and was brooding for her to stand up and low and behold an empty nest cup. Spooky goings on in the Osprey world
Lmac : I think the Caerlaverock egg report was caused by a premature tweet. LOL
Unknown said: ALAN - Love is in the air off ther nest too at Lochter. Just gone down and captured this after work. The nest is on the outskirts of my town. I spent an hour with them tonight and they preferred the camera tree.

There is nothing better than going to see real, live ospreys after a long day at work, Keith!
We now expect similarly excellent pics posted here throughout the season. ;-))
Thank You Sandy - this was another taken a couple of days ago of the male nest arranging before missus turned up today.
ROBERT THE BRUCE - Yes she did have problems getting a grip when the male landed on her as can be seen in the mating picture.
Keith : Looks like things are going well there. Fingers crossed for eggs and chicks this year. Nice pics.
Great images Keith, and good news from another nest.. I hope it all pans out well..
All for one and one for all.
Caerlaverock update and still no ospreys at Wigtown Bay:
