So, 8 fish yesterday!! The last being delivered at 2337/8(ish) !!! Odin the Magnificent indeed!
As Tiger says "What will today bring" ....
I don't know either Brenda ... as you say, it could be hungry.

Tore has been exercising those wings so close to the edge.
EDIT- Pic wouldn't post again, even at this hour, when the site is quieter.
A quick look in before early bed .(I spent the day with my aged friend Brenda - I take lunch. That's where I've been Scylla :) ) Hello lovely Osp fans. I've just about caught up.
A great bunch of pics despite upload problems - a super one of EJ on this page. Great videos , thanks Scylla and hi to Lynette , haven't seen you for a while).
I'm asking with Brenda about the Fish Report please.
I think Bynack gets grumpy about EJ landing on him and dropping sticks on him. She's done it quite a bit, hasn't she. But he's also just a bit bad tempered I think.
Yes, Joan, I noticed that too. EJ wanting to play umbrella and Bynack trying to nip her.
I have just been through the day and can only find 5 fish
4.40
6.13
8.59
14.19
16.31
Since no-one else seems to have got in first, I make it 5 fish so far today:
04:40
06:13
08:59
14:19
16:31
If no fish since mid-afternoon, not entirely surprising if they are getting a bit fractious when mum comes in empty-taloned.
EDIT: at least Brenda & I seem to agree. Thought it was odd if no-one else had been back and checked already.
Snap Rachel. I posted just before you.
I think they are cutting back on the fish to make the juveniles want to fly but maybe Odin will deliver one of his late fish.
He certainly makes the most of our long days - both morning and evening.
Good evening everyone. Just looking in for my daily catch up of events on the nest. Thanks for all the posts today. All quiet on the nest just now and no sounds of raindrops or high winds. Weather forecast for tomorrow is shocking. Batten down the hatches. Thanks Barbara for thinking of Eldest grabbing the fish last year. I remember it too now you mention it. There seems to be more and more wingercising going on as each day passes with the Tweenies becoming keen to fly. It can't be much longer before we see them fledge I suspect, but not in bad weather so not in the next few days. What is the estimate? Do you remember last year that ringing and tagging was eventually abandoned just a day before the first to fledge? Is my memory correct? Happy viewing all. Emma
Catching up again and miss not being able to see pics but delight in Scylla's vids of the pair.
Hi Cirrus, been on holiday to France and got back yesterday so am getting back into the stride of things.
Night cam has now gone on and the two bairns are at the front of the nest, quite quiet and resting.Hurrah, pics seem to be uploading now.
