All quiet on the nest. Tore & Bynack snoozing
Heartwarming story, Tiger :)

You really remind me of a sleepy Sunday afternoon in 2006. One of the greatest survivors was a chick called Flag in the DPOF nest. This particularly Sunday afternoon he had taken his usual complemenent of abuse when he began to exercise his wings for the first time. It was amazing that this tiny frail chick was exercising his wings. One was tempted to say "you will be lucky to ever fly". But fly he did on August 3, 2006 after waiting 66 days to do so.
[/quote]And what an emotional day that was Tiger. A never to be forgotten day.
ChloeB & Tiger's Osprey Data
Hi everyone :-)
Thanks for all the utterly opsreytastic posts, pics, and vids. Great stuff as usual :-)
Paul.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
"Don't even think about it pal!"
Ditto ;-)
And the movie version - fab scene of the two chicks diving and Bynack creeping close to Tore:
Great video, scylla! :-)
More intruder alerts just now.
Edit: Appologies for misspelling your name in the original post, scylla.
A repeat of the above, with Bynack moving close to Tore again.
Seems to be persistant intruder as EJ still screaming and manteling. Maybe it's one of her own come back to visit!
I wonder if the centre staff will be able to tell us if it's Garten persistently "threatening" - or if not, who or what?
I have to depart now for a while, shall miss the next fish :'(
Once again, Scylla, your videos are brilliant. Thanks to you ALL for overnight and earlier pics and reports.
