It is raining on the nest and Odin is 10 minutes late with breakfast :)
Formerly known as Barbara Jean
EJ now up and calling - and preening. Chicks are two fat little lumps in the middle of the nest; MWSnap still bad so can't show them snoozing away. Oooh. #2 has just woken up and now #1 with much waggling of wings which sends him/her nose first into the carpeting. #2 wobbling about now and both have toppled on their noses again. OK #1 seems to have figured it out - a little preen a la Mom; #2 is wondering what they're up to from prone position. Aha. #1 investigating the furnishings and trying out some new arrangements; now both chickies sitting up as if expecting another breakfast. EJ is at the far right of nest out of sight....
Two fish so far today folks. I'm off to bed. Happy viewing all.
Morning all ... thanks for pics and posts from those across the pond! Sunny at LG and it sounds like EJ is calling for a third breakfast fish :-)

I can hear Odin chirruping off-stage ... and EJ very alert ... maybe an intruder?
OUCH!!! Odin flies in and lands on chick #1's head :-(( Then moves the furniture! No fish though!
Another morning at LG
Many thanks Barbara for some lovely early pics and for starting us off today.Barbara , great stuff, not only a lovely misty morn pic but for noting 2 Fish so far (thanks) even if fish two was small it's still two fish :)
Missed a lot of action seemingly and as I type here comes a fishless visit from Odin who is having yet another go at 'that' stick.
And another lovely misty pic from Joan - hello there .
Ah page two and it's 3 Fish - wonderful. Thanks there Annette , thought you'd gone to bed (oh, no it's Barbara who has gone to roost). MWS behaving itself now, more misty pics. Must look online at temps for today later.
Barbara reports 2 fish so the one you report on page 2 makes 3 even if fish 2 was small. Right, think I've got that straight.
Thanks Barbara and Annette for a very detailed report overnight and Joan for taking over this morning with lovely pics and comments. Very quiet on the nest now.
A fishless visit from dad (but he has brought in 3 so far) he rattles around the nest first with brushy branch at far left of nest ( ! ) and then tussles with 'that' stick again.
Odin hanging around on nest post and shrieking at an intruder.
Odin calling from off nest.
Edit, Maybe it wasn't Odin, as EJ stood up and looked as if to attack whoever flew away.
Hello Brenda -yes the girls have reallly done us proud between them.
