Hi everyone.
Many thanks for all the updates, pics etc. Great to have sound back on but I must admit the weather forecasts and the wind I'm currently hearing on the LG cam, have got me feeling a bit edgy. I can hear calls but they sound more like small bird than Ospreys (adult or chick). EJ is currently awake, and just as I was about to say she looks deep in thought, she gave one of those looks :-)
But she does look quite thoughtful though
Paul.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
EJ has got back onto the nest, to keep them warm She is doing a grand job! Well done, EJ & Odin!

Great pics, R the B!
EJ seemed determined to fill up the chick so she doesn't need to battle the wind for a few hours . EJ & Odin are fabulous parents

Tiger, it was the remains of a fish from earlier that was half hidden under EJ's tail.

Let's hope he can win a battle with the elements today, Brenda, and bring home the bacon! (fish, that is!)
EJ hunkered right down now, protecting the clutch from the terrible wind

I really don't see how Odin could fish in those gales, Linda.
I have been thinking, ( hard to believe, I know) that if an egg hatches tomorrow, we wouldn't know if it was egg 2 or 3 untill it was obviously too late for any more hatchings.
Good news is that the rain has finally stopped up here and the sun is out! A bit less windy too.
Hope that makes it a bit easier for them but Odin is doing a grand job with the fishing anyway.

Thanks for that info about the fish that EJ had stashed.

Odin just brought another fish, but flew away with it when EJ did not take it . He must feel confused. Other years she was eagerly waiting for his fish
