I wonder if the lovely wee bobble head will be joined by a sibling today :)
EJ half snoozing at the moment, protecting chick #1 from the elements.
I'm off to roost for a few hours. See you soon.

I'm glad we both saw it Cirrus ... otherwise I would start doubting myself after a while :-))

False alarm. Sorry
Mmm BarbaraJean, - it looks that way now. But I didn't see egg three during the feed. Just one egg, the empty shell, and wee humbug
No worries Pam - we are all getting excited for the next hatch
Is one egg not between the eggshell and the egg at the back ... with chick#1 to the left?
I just caught Odin sneaking in to take away the rest of the fish!!
EDIT - don't worry Pam ... the way the eggs are coloured we can see imaginary cracks and holes all over the place!
Well, DJoan, sneaky Odin . What will EJ do during the night.
Lets hope he brings some back Cirrus!
Joan I think you're right, it's just the light making it difficult to see!
Males vary quite a bit in managing the fish on the nest. Some take them away more quickly than others. I think it is a keeping the nest clean exercise.

OH . Apologies Odin. It's just that this morning when Odin removed the fish EJ was not happy on two occasions,
Thank you for that information Tiger
