Hi folks.
Lots of comings and goings by Odin, once or twice there were intruder alerts but otherwise alls well
EJ looking peaceful and contented on the nest

Apart from Odin's darker and more full 'alice band' I also think he had darker wing tips which show from the rear. Off goes Odin, EJ stands on one leg nagging. In between chattering she lowers herself on the egg and is quiet again.

Still nattering she stands up again, removes a few twigs (clearly they were sticking in her!!), and settles once more. Oh and has another go at the dried grass lying just under her beak.
Heard a person (little person?) shouting (a bit like a couple of days ago when Cirrus and I heard odd noises). EJ looked up. Noise ceased and she relaxed.
Just lookin in again.
Thanks for all the pics and updates. Woodpecke - I find Debut easier than MWSwap, with that one you had to make sure pics were on jpg and after each shot you had to save them or lost them, too much hastle.
EJ was gently calling a minute or two ago but has stopped now. Just looking round and seems contented. Radio Chaffinch has started up his evening song.
Started to call again.
Come on Odin, where are you?
We still have the cushions! on the nest. EJ is getting insistent now and off she goes for a fly around. No sigh of Odin yet.
And in he comes and decides to do a bit of housework
After standing up and calling quite crossly, she flew off and Odin returned. He tried to move the large stick again, and resorted to some smaller twigs, but rather too close to the egg for my liking. Do sit down Odin. Now he remembers his fatherly duties and settles down on the egg, getting sidetracked by a large piece of bark, and another twig!! There we go, nose down a wiggle of his bottom, settled.
Lovely Lynette all done while I typed my little piece! Your system is clearly brilliant!
