No hatch yet an Aberfoyle:
Many thanks Alan for posting my news.
First egg hatched late Friday but couldn't confirm until yesterday morning when XL was feeding tiny pieces of fish into nest. It is amazing to see how the behaviour of XL & M has changed. XL hardly leaves nest except for seconds to powder her nose & M is wonderful to watch as he carefully walks round the edge of the nest tilting his head to look in & shuffling twigs & moss. This morning he brought a trout to nest just after 6 which XL promptly tucked into with tiny morsels fed to chick.
I will update website tonight & catch up with events at other nests. So pleased for LG

Dyfi have just tweeted:
"Another visit from Welsh born Osprey YC. Briefly landed on perch but seen off by Nora. She was turning the eggs more frequently today."
Was concerned watching Aberfoyle today just after 2pm how long the eggs were left unattended - maybe about 30-40 minutes - anyone got any information ?
Visited Kielder yesterday. 3 eggs clearly visible on the web-cam relay to the visitor centre at Kielder castle, with hatching due in about a week from now. It was very windy there as well - the boat trip couldn't get all the way round the lake due to the choppy conditions. Looking forward to a trip to Rutland Water next weekend.
Thanks very much AG. Updates are few and far between from Kielder.

Tweet from Val Gall:
"2nd egg hatched-XL feeding to both sides of her :)"
Thanks very much for all these updates Alan. It is so helpful to have all the resources updated centrally on this site.
There are three chicks at Millford Conneticut and one egg still to hatch. That pair are really world champions. See Millford Conneticut.

Great news Tiger. I thought they only had 3 eggs this time but 4 again is amazing.
