For some reason my posts have duplicated both here and on the Daily Update just the once in each case, ignore.

RSPB Giving Nature a Home
Thanks Alan, will probably just go to Manton Bay then and hope for the best. Noticed two juves were on the nest this morning and posted a pic on Daily Update but maybe that is prohibited as well.
LOL have been regularly updating their blog.
No sighting on 12th both birds.
Today a male bird sighted in a tree area favoured by the resident male carrying in twigs/branches on a regular basis. Possibly is the resident male building a frustration nest as the pair at Bassenthwiate did at the end of the season.
Ospreys often do this if nests failed.
Chloe, I totally agree Dyfi have been an inspiration and maybe facebook is the way to go ahead as you have to post under a subject and at the moment it is at a minimum. When they get live camera's and even busier next year will they be able to keep it up. I hope so because it has been fantastic.
I think Lowes cut people out far too harshly this year, It was all and then nothing. Lady is special and I keep saying she is the jewel in the crown at Lowes.
Keith what I am interested in, I did read before that there was a frustration nest at Lowes and delighted they have reported it and they are going to keep us informed. Thank you very much Lowes. Although they do not know and have said they will try to find out. It maybe not Laird but it does seem likely to be him. Sorry, question's for you and the Tiger.
Lady and Laird did bond before she left. Will Laird desert her next yr, or will he come back, sorry that is not answerable because until next year we will not know. Do they use the new nest, somehow I cannot see Lady using it. Do you think Lady has contributed to it. I find this fascinating and hope you all do not mind.
Laird was always a nest builder with all the sticks he brought in, so I can imagine he has built a strong nest :)
Never mind Frank Bob the builder springs to mind :)
B&B We have a thread on Frustration nests.
Tiger Signature
Thanks Tiger will take a look, I am learning but do get over enthuisatic lol. Will read and if you do not mind I might ask you a question again :)
Camera off for the season?
Cirrus.
The camera is still on, they are looking out across the Loch. It was on when I looked at 8:00 this morning too :-)
If nothing goes right, go left! :-)
Camera still on @ 1800 hours - showing a view of the nest.
