Hi Lynette.
Camera 1 is operating from 5am to 9pm and cam 2 from 5pm to 9am
If nothing is at the nest then it does look like astill but it isn't..
If you want to view cam 2 then try after 5pm (have just tried it and they haven't switched over yet :-((
They are fibbing of course :-)
Too right, you can only get cam 1 on anyway, day or night at present.

Lofty I agree, its such a shame that they don't have their blog for us all to join in but that's their way this year.
Never mind, we will have to blog between us as we do for Loch Garten.
I have to say (well, I don't have to but I will) that I do miss logging on and seeing the screen captures of Lady from the previous day. Still good to know from all the posts that she's doing well. Alan mentioned that she'd made the news here in the States - on my favorite morning news program (Morning Edition) on NPR. Followed his link this morning, listened to the very short blurb, then turned on my own radio and heard it again. Lady is an international celebrity!
Me too. I haven't yet caught up with Lady this season with the time difference. I do miss the pics of the nest; reading about her is just enough anymore.
Was that a rain drop or a transparent bug with big eyes sliding down the lens? :-)
No sign of Lady yet though EJ has been on the LG nest for about 15 minutes. Looks like rain at LOTL. Have a good day all.
Lady on her top perch at 08.40 - can just see her tail (camera 2). Looks like another wet day.
I noticed this morning that Anna's blog gave a link to the SWT News Item about Lady, which includes some recent pictures (still copyright of course) the link is http://www.swt.org.uk/news/bird-experts-baffled-by-old-ospreys-return/. Apparently we should keep reading Anna's blog for such clues to whereabouts of pictures http://blogs.swt.org.uk/osprey/.

Eagle-eye that would seem to be the case but was much easier to check in previous years with all the captures and stills taken from the nest.

Hello aquilareen such a shame for all of you in a differetnt ime zone will not be able to see so much of Lady by way of videos and stills that have been taken in previous years.
Hope the stalled decorating will start again for you soon. When is it you are going away.
