Loch of the Lowes - 2011

Just got a fleeting glance of Lady before she took off from the nest.  First time I have seen her today.

She's on Cam 1 at the moment.

Hi Heron she looks fantastic sitting there with the sun on her. 

Just been watching Lady on the nest after such a wet day at LOTL, never get enough of watching her.

Have read Anna's(the new Seasonal Perthshire Ranger's) blog and just feel a bit sad that we can't wish her all the best for the season ahead - but that's progress for you.

Lofty I agree it is a pity we cannot give her a welcome and good wishes for the season, still don't think it is progress though.

Lady is just shaping the nest cup.

Margobird - my comment "thats progress for you" was a bit of sarcasm - I miss the interaction between LOTL and bloggers - Rinchen was an absolute inspiration with his posts last season. I just look on the bright side and see we can talk amongst ourselves on this thread.

I am sad that I cannot take pic captures of Lady like I did last year. She is such a wonderful osprey and I thought SWT would love us to capture pics of her because these message boards go WorldWide!!  I would have thought it would help their donations and people visiting the Lowes to look at Lady, will bring money into their funds!

I am feeling at a loss here! :-(

I agree with you Sandra. I bet their donation revenue will go down.
