Mallachie just paid a brief visit to the nest 6.08pm
Good afternoon Annette!!
EJ just brought in a HUGE fish, well up her usual standard.
She landed on the nest, called out for a short while, no one came and she took off with it, heading towards the camera tree.
As the "stills" camera is off now I can't grab a picture
Mallachie is eating , but I didn't see who delivered the fish. It looks like an Odin size fish.
Oops maybe it is EJ who is eating. Now I am not sure who is eating :( it is dusk and I can't see well.
Formerly known as Barbara Jean
20.39 and EJ has just joined Mallachie on the nest and is eating the fish Mallachie didn't finish.
And now Mallachie has just flown off leaving mama alone to finish her supper.
Mallachie is still eating and now joined by EJ (I think) eating her own fish:) 8.41pm
Good work Jane! She flew off as I was posting..
First time I have got to the computer today and couldn't believe that Rothes has gone! I do hope she will be safe. I noticed that I hadn't seen her for a few days!!! This is the beginning of the long watch!!!!!
EJ has been indulging in a leisurely repast taking long breaks in the middle as she scanned the airways for who knows what ( a Rothes perchance?). And now the camera is in 'night' if not 'infrared' mode.EJ still looking for somthing or someone.
EJ certainly having a good look round, she keeps dipping her head as though something keeps swooping by. Maybe the two girls are having a late night fly about before bed! Reminds me of my mam when i was a kid " are you coming in the house now", "aww maaaam just five more minutes"
A sad sight to see EJ sat home alone on the nest in the dark :'-(
Make the most of today because, unlike Sky+, there isn't a rewind button.
