Sat with tears rolling down my face, hope Ej has a safe journey if she has gone, and all the rest of the family of course. Going on holiday in the morning and will not be able to log in until 23rd of August, all will have flown by then. Thank you to everyone for all the updates, this is my first time on the groups page although I too have been watching since March.
SueD yes I am sat with tears streaming down my face to think that the touching scenes this morning were a prelude to our wonder EJ leaving. We have to be positive and think about her raising 3 wonderful girls in Rothes, Mallachie and Garten. With Odin's help this osprey family are famous world wide and I for one am so going to miss them.
Margobird
You are so right Margobird, we have to be positive, both EJ and Odin have been wonderful parents and things didn't always go smoothly for them, lets hope the migration will be!
Have a great holiday Sue
I am trying to look on the positives as you say Sue and Margobird. What a succesful year they have had, wonderful parents and compulsive viewing from my end.
No idea who this is I'm afraid but lovely picture of one of the girls in the tree:) 2.44pm
(Paula says it's Garten!!)
Thank you, Gary, going to Dorset camping and then on to Torquay. Yes compulsive viewing here as well!
A quick visit to the nest for EJ followed by Garten before both departing again. Camera has panned round to find Garten....screaming blue murder right at us!
and off she goes....
Make the most of today because, unlike Sky+, there isn't a rewind button.
Well this is the view we are seeing at the moment....
Not much to look at but with views like this....
....it makes it a very desireable property. Available to rent soon.....
Morning all.
Oh dear, well I can see this is a two-handy site today. Better stock up on Kleenex! Do we all have abandonment issues or what? :-(
Snowbird: Hugs to you for worry over hubby. Let us know when he's home?
