Hi folks! 4:12 a.m. your time and the webcam is down....
Good shots GaryS, isn't it great to see Garten again and of course Mallachie and Rothes when they appear.

Where is the "Natl. Geo African Cam" ??
Here is the link. You have to put up with a trailer for the site before the webcam opens, but it's well worth it. Good times to watch are around 9.00 am UK time and late afternoon/dusk local time

Morning all! Glad the cam is up and running and thanks Gary for standing in for Paula while she tootles about the countryside.
nice picture of Garten on the branch. Sorry, I am a very poor imitation of Paula!
Wow- An awful lot has been going on at the nest- (my pc has been in hosp since Wed pm and I have a new monitor) must admit I have read through Daiy Updates to catchup, they are soooo brilliant, photos really excellent and Roberts videos incredible. Heart was in my mouth watching Garten being attacked and thats knowing she was ok, you all must have been in a panic seeing it live. The coming and going from the nest to say the least was quite confusing.
Thanks so much everyone. Saw Garten and was it Rothes in the tree, thanks for zooming in. They have had such a dramatic time and coped with whatever was thrown at them, lets hope and pray our family will have a smooth and uneventful safe flight to Africa. Uneventful may not be the correct word- not with our three sirens Watch out boys, don't think you get the better of our girls. lol
Brilliant close-up on whoever is in the tree at the moment! What a beautiful bird she is.

I don't see a back pack on the picture so it may be Garten. Our baby looks like an adult.
Garten has a whale of a fish a the nest . Some one on the LG blog said EJ brought it. That fish is large enough for all three sister to eat for hours . Rothes waiting for her turn. Interesting how the baby became the dominate one.

I just looked at the nest. There is no one there and the fish is gone!! Who took that huge fish? Is one of our chicks strong enough to carry it away? It was much longer than the length if the chick eating it.
