4. 30 a.m. Me again. Sometimes, before I fall into bed, I look at the Groups page and see that my first post of the new day has 6 or 7 replies and get all excited, but then find out it's just me, posting updates! Nest is becoming visible...
Just logged on to find one of Gartens sisters, lol, (useful for you , but haven't a clue which one, sorry) sitting alone on nest, She looks like she could be dozing. Off to the Diary now to see what's been happening this morning.
Petes Pond has water hog?,wild boar? running and a big flock of what I think are Red billed Quelea ??
All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy. Spike Milligan
Just back on. Whilst doing the work I had to do and speaking to people on the phone I was half watching the wecam in the corner of my screen. Now did you see it? A rare sight I've never seen in all (and believe me there have been many!!) these hours of osprey webcam watching.......
drumroll please.....
ta dah....
It's the OSPREY CENTRE!!! I nearly shrieked down the phone when I saw it. Thank you to whoever was on the camera at the time! Am well impressed :)
Make the most of today because, unlike Sky+, there isn't a rewind button.
Mallachie is currently sat on a branch yelling her head off. Nothing new there then!
Rothes sitting in the tree now. Otherwise all quiet.
Sorry Paula. Thought I could see too much red on the head for Mallachie. Computer trouble so haven't been on line for some time.

It's SO hard to work out who's who with Mallachie and Rothes these days. It's Mallachie's white alice band that gives her away but you need a really good view of it as Rothes has a lot of white on her head as well.
I "think" it's Mallachie...
Mallachie is still sat in the tree pondering life. Mallachie dear, you really should be exploring the world around you and exercising those wings.
thanks for the observations everyone, first time I have had to check in here today.
Still got a lovely view of Mallachie on the branch
Not quite a "poop shot" but near enough...
and Mallachie flies off..........
Paula thanks for the all the updates and observations. You are doing a grand job and it is encouraging me to look at the Daily Update more as well.
