5:30 a.m. UK. LG cam still down. Fat little chick on Mrs. Hobby's nest, but no Mrs. Hobby right now. LOTL cam up; no birds on nest but they're not too far away. Good luck tomorrow with the LG cam folks!
I see we have a whale on the nest ... courtesy of EJ I presume ... didn't see the delivery. I think that is Mallachie in charge of it ... certainly a backpack visible.

Mallachie has the fish. Rothes is pretending not to be interested but Garten is trying to sneak in about and make her move!
Make the most of today because, unlike Sky+, there isn't a rewind button.
What a wonderful sight to see Rothes, Mallachie and Garten all on the nest at the same time. Enourmous fish so probably and EJ delivery just as I was beginning to wonder whether she had left us. Garten is making me smile because first she gets she is going in to get her share. She really is a feisty little girl.

Made a couple of mistakes in that post, put in and instead of an and missed a word out but I hope you fet the gist of it anyway. I am obviously spending too much time on the PC and have not engaged fingers with brain.
Not to worry Margobird, we all make mistakes. I too have twitchy fingers and they're not typing what my brain asks them to type. Did you know that here there is the option to edit your posts? I spent half my time going back and sorting the spelling mistakes out!
Mallachie still has the fish. Garten I think is managing to snatch the odd bit now and then. Rothes is pretending she doesn't care but looks on enviously.
Oh, Rothes is going for it. Garten stands back. I think she realises that if Rothes and Mallachie have a fight over this fish then she could probably snatch it from the both of them.

Well she may be the littlest but boy she's got some guts! Garten moved in and managed to swipe a chunk of fish from Mallachie, nearly pushing Rothes off the nest in the process!!
She's not done yet though....
Rothes stands in the background, just biding her time.
With a sister either side of her Mallachie looked so worried for her fish that she decided to try and fly away with the fish. Of course it was far too heavy and Rothes took the opportunity to challenge her for the fish but didn't succeed. Wings, feathers and tallons everywhere. Mallachie is nervous as her two sisters are just ready to pounce.
Came in out of the garden to find I had missed all the action. Thanks Paula. I am now up to date. Don't think Mallachie will have it too long.
Paula I did look at the edit facility but I think I was trying to do it after I had clicked on my reply. Will have another look at that but I think it is time I had a bit of a break, as I am getting more and more muddled than ever. Great fun watching who is going to gain ownership of the fish.
