Heartfelt thanks and congratulations to all. I hope, LYNDA, that you can pass on how much the RW team's work means to distant supporters whose only hope of seeing the birds is via video camera :-)
And... will they be installing a microphone for next season, if we dare ask! You just cannot beat the sound of a chick politely asking for breakfast ;-D Seriously though, the variety of osprey talk is so attractive and interesting, it would be lovely to have sound accompanying the great view.

5R , Mrs 5R and three beautiful Juves, God speed and guide you to find the very best of routes. 2011 a resounding success MB- many congratulations to all Staff and Volunteers and very many thanks for a wonderful season's viewing and reading.
And finally an answer from Tim :
''Hi Lynda, we have decided that we got it wrong at ringing – and that 32 is a female!''
I would imagine that perhaps they have studied her shape since fledging - although the colouring is not definitive at this stage, maybe the shape is. I'll try to find out tonight.
PS I've stopped putting the lastest 'blogs' on this thread as I see it's already being done on another thread.
Lynda please do not stop putting links on here and alan I know you will when you get back. I really appreciate them and others do. I do look at RW but it is much easier to find them here for me and others than the forums.
Good luck with the trip to Gambia/Senegal and look forward to hearing about it.
I think these threads are getting so mixed because there are so many of them.
I have posted messages on NON LG Ospreys and have found them on other threads. In my opinion there are too many threads!
If nothing goes right, go left! :-)
Sue C and Alan, Lynda as looked after your thread and what a marvelous job Lynda and RW have done. I think it is fantasic so many youngsters have been identified returning and the learning from the adults tagged is wonderful. I was late looking here but Lynda thank you so much for highlighting what a fantastic project.
Hope you all have a well deserved party :)
I see that the much talked about (and photographed!) house at Burley-on-the-Hill is up for sale, or at least part of it is:

It is rather grand, and the views are superb, but, at £2.25m it's a bit pricey.
This is the latest GE pic for 09. He is in Morocco heading for the Sahara.
