Sorry to be non-chronological yet again, am trying to catch up but can't do any of today yet.
Yesterday, the 15th - not a happy day for anyone, tho the squirrel may have had fun teasing Elen.

YT Chat reports early-morning skydancing. I believe it's been a more settled day but haven't been able to check it yet and will not until much later.
21:14:22 Elen laid second egg. The morning will reveal if Aran accepts it.. She incubated straight away.
I just found this on Instagram saying one of Aran and Mrs G’s last chicks visited early this morning.

16 April up to very early this morning the 18th
Aran's trying to reassert his rightful place but Heather reports lots of intrusions in the area - Teifi is definitely responsible for some. As for the egg - Elen continues to incubate, with nighttime breaks, and Aran has not attacked it yet, as far as I have seen scrolling thru at a thousand miles an hour:
From Heather on Glaslyn Chat:
Wot ! nobody has any comment to make !

I've got days 'n days of footage to go thru - every time I get a spark of energy, I tire myself out on another cam. I started on Glaslyn yesterday but had to break off when I saw the bad news at LG.
Oh dear, Yes, Scylla. You're so good to keep trekking through video footage for us. Thank you, it is appreciated. Bad news still here too. So many people think Aran will feed Teifi's eggs when they hatch ! Unless eggs destroyed the nest will fail and may well with so many returning males with no nest and no mate. Oh Aran please learn to return in March. (Although, I did read somewhere that adverse weather conditions have made many males late returning this year)
