A golden fish delivery for Maya at 19:07
————————————————————————-
Wow, such a vivid colour of fish.
And yet another one this evening too!
They're going to turn orange!
My, I wonder where they are coming from? How does Maya seem to be doing?
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Hello Catlady from the limited amount we've seen she seems to be breathing a bit better and more alert! Bit confused why bigger fish aren't arriving though from 33! Wonder if he is still a bit off it too he doesn't seem his usual self this year just yet but perhaps this awful weather has curtailed the whoppers somewhat!
The goldfish are possibly out of a local ornamental pond? There are enough mansions in the area!
Thanks LAM, she does seem to breathing more normally now, fingers crossed she will be well now. The horrid weather has maybe had a lot to do with things this year, hopefully things will settle back and some good weather to help them?
Oh dear, the mansion people will have to spend a penny or two then to refill the ponds!!
Big headless fish delivered 8.03pm, Maya away with it pronto!
That sounds promising. Feeling hungry, and 'flying'pronto'. She must be feel much improved.

Indeed it was, Catlady!
B33 inconveniently stood in front of the fish, blocking the view of Maya dragging it to transfer into her talons
LAM, thanks for the 'gold fish' report and also your update re Maya.

Catlady thank you for the heads up re the whopper! That's more like it!
Sandra thank you for the proof of the whopper :-)
Let's hope all is back on track abit now after a bit of a turbulent time on this nest for a few weeks now.... In fact almost since they arrived back! The other nests provide the 'stress' usually and this one keeps us stable lol!

I was wondering that too - maybe these brightly coloured fish are commanding 33's attention to the exclusion of whoppers? But do Ospreys see colours? Maybe they're just brighter to them?
Along with others, I'm so glad things are improving - it's been almost unknown for this expert couple to cause concern.
