  12.06 Osprey appears to be approaching nest with fish. Not sure if it was jumped on by another osprey or whether it dropped fish as picture went funny. I haven't seen male and female together on nest today so just hoping NN2 hasn't chased male away

  Edit - looking at it again it looked as though there were 2 ospreys

  Well, apropos to all and from Scylla's video I saw Asha's new male defending the  nest and giving chase. Did not see Asha.

  What excitement. Having coffee.
  Chat thinks it was the male defending last night. I tend to agree. Asha has underwing spots, and Scylla’s capture of last nights skirmish shows white, at least at that angle…

  NN2 still coming to nest but Asha not having any of it. I think NN2 is now sitting in tree by mast and as no sign of unringed male I'm now convinced he's no longer around
