Dorcha bringing her one and only fish on 18th August 2022 before departing and not being seen again
Louis incubating the eggs while Aila is seen flying with a fish in the misty distance on 9th May 2020.

Yesterday's (14th) videos:
06.20.52 Just a very short clip, but Louis is looking so magnificent, I wanted to capture the moment.
Louis delivered three fish, the first one was caught in heavy mist - he's a super fisher-bird! Dorcha wasn't interested in the last one, too stuffed from the first two so just departed and left him on the nest with his fish.
Fish number one 07.17.55
Fish number two 14.21.36
Fish number three 17.52.00
Compare and contrast the two nests - only a couple of kilometres separate them but they have different weather conditions! Here seen at sunset, two quick-time videos taken around the same time 20.55 - 21.09. Nest One is all black and white tones with grey skies while Nest Two is bathed in sunlight with an orange glow in the distance.
This clip shows Louis bringing a fish at 10.43.01 - bit of a late breakfast!
Glider said:Lots of beautiful captures Geemeff thank you. It was good to see the tour around Arkaig, the two nest comparisons - incredible and of course our two amazing birds. Louis certainly keeps Dorcha well fed. ️
Thanks Glider, glad you liked it. The scenery is so gorgeous and our birds are so photogenic, I have to restrain myself from clipping hours and hours of video.
10.04.59 Little bird visits Nest One
13.42.49 Synchronised landings repeated in slo-mo
This morning’s temperature inversion seen from nest cam one
The last two fish of the day, 23 so far since Louis returned on the 2nd. One of those was brought by Dorcha - so she's equalled her tally from last year!
15.54.29 Fish number two
19.38.42 Fish number three
