Hello Patily - we are following each other around this morning.
From chat - confirmation she has had a fish this morning
11:20 Steve Dewsnap Hi All, In answer to earlier question . When LS was on around 10.30 ish MrsG was on perch finishing off a fish.
Instant snap !!!
As I've said before I'm useless at determining the time with no timeline, but Mrs G was alone on the nest. She glanced behind her and noticed Aran had landed with a lovely large sea trout. It took some time but she flew to the nest to join him, not to take the fish, but he flew off to the perch leaving her there.
A pesky crow began to bother Aran. I think it was three times it landed on the perch, and three times Aran saw it off before he gave up and flew to the nest. Both Mrs G and Aran standing side by side, almost saying "Don't you dare".
Pouring with rain, Aran is away
ca 13.01 She spots he has returned with the fish
VC pans out
ca 13.30 Pesky crow for the first time
Finally retreats to the nest - two large osprey are better than one
14.31 peace
14.38 Aran is now tucking into the fish - on the nest!!! Mrs G is quietly watching
All I can hear is Mistle/Unring calling at LG!!

ca 14.45 Mrs G sidled up to Aran and took the fish. He flew to the perch.
She's in no real hurry to tuck in
I think the corvids are still being bothersome. This scene was still for so long I thought the cam was frozen but now one of the two has left - Heather is looking for it...
They went chasing a corvid - here are snaps from rollback, showing how utterly incometent I am but at least showing it was a corvid, not an Osprey intruder:
19:35 Mrs G is in labour!
