2021 return dates: LM12 (Laddie) - 21st March; NC0(16) - 25th March
Laddie and NC0 were an exceptional team during 2021, successfully raising two very feisty and well fed juveniles, LR1 and LR2. LR2 was sighted in Southern Spain on 3.9.21 and again on 25.10.21
2022 marks Laddie's 11th breeding year, NC0's 3rd, and very much hope that our wonderful pair have a safe, spring migration back to this stunning nest location at Loch of the Lowes.

Isn't it just, Glider!
I'm getting a black screen and buffering at present
It was possibly an error on my computer. After a quick bite to eat, a restart of my computer and running a precautionary security scan, I can view the cam again...phew! (I'd lost the Glaslyn LS at the same time)
19:10 NC0 still sitting pretty
Unringed intruder over the nest at 20:09!
Incoming, top right. NC0 was up and prepared
It hovered up and down before heading towards to NC0
She flapped it away
It headed off to the far right then left, over the Loch
As NC0 settled back on the eggs, she was on high alert and appeared to be tracking 'something'. An Osprey flew over the Loch, heading left, and went past with a call. I wonder if this was Laddie? as seconds later there was a flight over the birch and chipping/alarm calling could be heard in the distance (too hard for me to get a capture).
20:54 It's been business as usual for NC0, aerating the nest cup and also preening. Nice to see her looking relaxed

Great captures Sandra!
Glider said:You’d have to be a brave Osprey to try and tackle NCO!
She's a force to be reckoned with alright!
