2021 return dates: LM12 (Laddie) - 21st March; NC0(16) - 25th March
Laddie and NC0 were an exceptional team during 2021, successfully raising two very feisty and well fed juveniles, LR1 and LR2. LR2 was sighted in Southern Spain on 3.9.21 and again on 25.10.21
2022 marks Laddie's 11th breeding year, NC0's 3rd, and very much hope that our wonderful pair have a safe, spring migration back to this stunning nest location at Loch of the Lowes.

Glider said:I only discovered the joys of Osprey watching online in 2020 so sadly didn’t get to see PTA. It must be wonderful for you to have those special memories and see her safely return and hopefully find a nest and a mate. I can’t wait to see LR1 and LR2 again in future years.
It's always fantastic to see them back and to know they've survived their first two years, as in the case of PT4 last season. I like to think that her sibling, PT5, is 'out there' somewhere and is doing well. Oh yes, hopefully LR1 and LR2 will be seen in the future, they were such strong, independent juveniles and all thanks goes to Laddie and NC0 for their superb parenting.

I'm all behind! THREE beautiful eggs !!! Lovely photos, SANDRA
Whoever's in the nestcup flapped off an over-flier just now.

NC0 would have been on the nest.at that time, Scylla. It took many attempts to capture the three eggs clearly as the cam operator kept adjusting the zoom and moving the cam! lol
20:39 Such a lovely, calm scene with the sound of evening birdsong in the background. NC0 settled with her 3 precious eggs

Peace shattered(!) as NC0 fish called prior to (and after) Laddie landing without anything in his talons.
NC0 headed off to the birch
NC0 returned to the perch at 21:18
She had to give Laddie some 'gentle persuasion' to get him up and off the eggs
He headed to his roosting spot on the birch
22:00 NC0 sleeping peacefully. Today has been a very busy and tiring day, bless her
23:15 NC0 fully tucked
Morning all,
A very frosty NC0 at 6:15ish
She headed off to the birch for a break
Eggs were uncovered for a short time before Laddie arrived
NC0 came back to the perch just before 6:50

Change of duty 7:04
