2021 return dates: LM12 (Laddie) - 21st March; NC0(16) - 25th March
Laddie and NC0 were an exceptional team during 2021, successfully raising two very feisty and well fed juveniles, LR1 and LR2. LR2 was sighted in Southern Spain on 3.9.21 and again on 25.10.21
2022 marks Laddie's 11th breeding year, NC0's 3rd, and very much hope that our wonderful pair have a safe, spring migration back to this stunning nest location at Loch of the Lowes.

Oh, that's great news about 5F and Dylan, Cirrus! Thank you.
What with LG, PH#2 and Clywedog (the last two with cam probs and an egg) I've only just noticed the cam down here and started the new URL :(

Unknown said:Second egg must be due very soon
Hopefully, the 2nd egg will be tomorrow, Richard. Last season, NC0 laid each one every third day.

She does indeed, Cirrus. You're welcome
20:43 Laddie to the nest with a headless or part of a fish. NC0 rose from the nest cup to take it from him but he flew off with it!
She settled back down to incubate.
Morning Patily and all.
No breakfish as yet but hoping that he's going to catch her one now; he's just flown from above the cam and flew off around to the right
A brief recap so far this morning:
Just before 5:30, Laddie arrived to take over incubation
40+ minutes into his shift, skydancing could be heard and he flew from the nest.
NC0 returned from the birch. There was chipping in the distance
She settled to incubate
Laddie returned 20 or so minutes later and resumed his incubation
NC0 headed off to the birch
When NC0 came back (approx. 7:10), they were both on intruder alert and tracked whoever it was
Laddie took off
Back to her duty.
