i couldn't get anything helpful - they've obviously put the cam on the wrong side   

Less than 2 hours, it didn't pick up again once it dropped out, it should automatically pick up when it's back online.  Anyway, here's the departure we did get:

Visarend - this cam is rock steady, what a shame it's not populated by any of our birds:

BARNEGAT LIGHT - Male is ringed ("banded", as they call it), female not - I didn't see a fish or a mating, but did hurry thru rather:

TWEED VALLEY

Cam back on 10:00.  An unringed Osprey landed @ 10:48, flew off in a glitch (after looking skyward) @ 11:00.

Problems with the cam overnight and it went down @ 09:37 (local time, 1hr ahead of us) this morning.

Things must be going well - the chicks couldn't be bothered to get up for this lovely whopper, so Lena had a good meal:

Yesterday one of the Ospreys was out on the Cormorants' posts, today one is on the shore while the other solicits vainly on the nest - then later, a clash, don't know who is who:

With the new Arkaig Two coming online today, it's getting beyond a joke.  I am having to drop:
