CAPTIVA OSPREYS - Andy & Lena
I'd been posting in "Forum Friends", here's a snap brought over, for the sake of starting this thread with something!
IMAGICAT
The suspicious blurs turned out to be just blurs, I think it's been all smoke 'n mirrors today - but this may be a pip within the last half-hour (or it may not be!):
We've definitely got a hole and I think we can just detect movement inside - but I found Lena's behaviour a little alarming, wondering if she thought there was something wrong with it:

No harm done - TWO hatches evening/overnight!
That would be perfectly clear... if only no-one would MOVE!
Delayed 17 Feb - cam was perpetual freezes and wore me out.
Andy came in very early to see his babies, soon delivered a fine fish - oops!
At feeding time soon after that, #1 got lots of bits and #2 managed to get a couple after - no bonking that I noticed.
Hope this half-shell comes off or at least doesn't cause a prob for #3 (due to hatch Saturday):
I've given up on some work in progress, will try to resume later in a better frame of mind.

Even more delayed, later the same day - see how one osplets takes a morsel from the beak of the other This is an excerpt from a 13-minute session.
No more signs up to 10:22. WRONG THREAD - S/BE GREAT HORNED OWL.
This morning - a whole "Ladyfish" (Mod Renie ID'd it).
The twins are looking very strong, I'm almost hoping that #3 won't hatch. I haven't been following the closely but have seen no bonking!

Vain hope, it was right on time on Saturday the 19th, afternoon:
This afternoon the osplets were left alone for nearly 20 minutes! I'm thinking of the crow predations in previous seasons.
Perpetually begging beaks, but look at the crops of #1 and #2, and #3's isn't empty either
