Continued from Manton Bay – April 2021

The season so far: March 19, Blue 33(11) returned 12:29 closely followed by Maya @ 12:54. On March 30 Egg #1 was laid @ 11:45 , April 2, Egg #2 was seen @ 07:34 and on April 5 Egg #3 was laid @ 07:05 .

05:42 Blue33 brought some fish but Maya ignored him so he took it away.
05:48 the shell is well cracked and we can see it move - but the rain's getting worse, Maya doesn't get up again for quie a while:
The crack is on the left end of the front egg:

I've just been running through from earlier and the 05:48. Great to see hatching underway.
Well heard Patily - Hopefully next time Maya rises we will see the little bobblehead
