HAPPY NEW WEEK and HAPPY NEW MOON!The moon turns new on Sunday night/Monday morning in UK and US. I hope everyone has a safe, healthy week and finds some moments of joy.
Here in Indiana, everyone is walking the woods and the fields searching the ground for morel mushrooms! It's a highly anticipated rite of spring here, and the mushrooms are very tasty!

and not sure if this has been read before,but just arrived in
my inbox,and thought how appropriate to go with your scap Lindy.
Thanks for the smiles, LINDY and PAT ! Much needed here as feeling sorry for myself - took a tumble down the stairs entirely my own fault. 4 am, heard odd noises and went to investigate without putting the landing light on. Missed a step at the turn in the stairs and that was it. Plenty of bruises and a sore head ( it hit the wall) but nothing broken. I feel very very lucky and have learned a lesson. This was on Sunday morning. ANNETTE I've had a procedure involving a belly full of air and you have my sympathy x I hope things are improving..
Oh dear, Heather! Do take care, we could have lost you there! You don't say what the noise was in the end, but then perhaps by then you'd made enough noise yourself!
Hope the bruises aren't too bad...
KATE - That is brilliant!!!!
HEATHER - OH no. Please be careful. {{{HUGS}}}

So have I - my gall bladder was removed in 2009. I found it useful to sleep with a pillow propped against my middle to prevent the painful sagging! I'm assuming Annette is in better shape.
I've just been swimming for the first time since Christmas Eve and it feels
AWESOME!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
Heather and Annette: Sending you both healing energy this morning. Read, watch TV, and take it easy today.
