Maya has returned - something about unsettling them

Maya is calling relatively quietly but persistently Is she hungry or does she want to stretch her legs?

Evening All 33 with big fish on dead tree preparing Maya's supper 

Asked the centre about zooming and widening the camera angle for us! They said they were practicing with it at mo but intend to give us some action idc. when things are happening! I said eggs had happened already but think they not up to speed quick enough with the camera practice to get close up egg pictures. There are 2 cameras and they use a 2nd for night cam!
Fingers crossed we'll see more action over coming weeks!

Ooooo, LAM, lucky you to be able to visit in person, and special thanks for your pics and reporting as a result of actually being there! Are the hides open or must you watch from behind a screen or something? Last year was the first year since 2013 that we were unable to visit and we will miss out this year as well, unfortunately. Fingers crossed that we will manage to visit Rutland next year. The kind people we have rented a cottage from have moved our booking to next year.

I thibk from SANDRA's report on Friday the hides are open with all doors and windows open too

How disappointing ANN Hope you get to Rutland next year You will enjoy it all the more You may have seen on the Dyfi thread that I'm hoping to visit this year having had to postpone from 2020 so I sympathise with your disappointment
