Weekly Chat (Non-Osprey), 21 February 2021

Good Morning. Thought I'd start today with a pic of our 1st daffodil out in the garden! So cheering to see everyone's coming out & to see some on roadside verges, bobbing around. 

Glad to hear from you, OG, and to know that you are still "sort of" OK. You've all had a lot to deal with. Congrats on getting the magazine out nonetheless. 

We had a very bright "Snow Moon" here last night, in the frosty sky, as although its dry and settled in the day, it's still minus temps at night sometimes.

We went to Tatton Park yesterday where we enjoyed the sunshine and a good walk.  It was very soggy underfoot after all the rain we've had for months.

Hang the flags out ! I had seven hours uninterrupted sleep last night. I can't remember when that last happened.
Good OG, to read that you three are OK ( ish). I was thinking about the difficulties you have with venepuncture. My friend in Wales has always had similar problems. She went to hospital yesterday for pre op assessment and the nurse, then a doctor had so many goes before success. She is now black and blue :-(

It's very bright here and I'm off out to the town on errands, as my OH goes to his old friends funeral this morning.

I'm delighted (and very surprised) to say that I've got my first vaccination on Thursday! I'm being prioritised as I'm a carer for someone clinically vulnerable. I must say that I wasn't expecting this.
