People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas.

I've seen him in concert.  Really good, and his rather tight trousers must have had a fair amount of stretch in them to keep up with all the leaping he was doing.

Hello! Rant coming.. .warning...

I came on here at the end of the day yesterday with lots of replies, & a boring description (no doubt) of our day, but the tablet would not post it.

Now, of course, have no idea what I put. It was too late at night to fire up the mobile phone & squint with my tired eyes at the tiny screen, so I left it.

Now am on the mobile again and my OH is fidgeting to go out for a walk, so it could be some time before I get back!!

PS to join in with the boring presents list, I got a knitted hat which was too small (& looks dreadful anyway), and my OH decided I needed a long handled candle lighter which was welcome, but with it: an ice defrosting spray for the car!!!!!

Not long back from our walk with Benson. We were so lucky to get out at all, as it looks now to be set to rain for the rest of the day. If anyone hasn't seen it, " Hidden Figures" is well worth watching. It is on Ch 4 at 6 .40 this evening.

Bad computer problem for me...sigh. Someone else will need to start the thread. I'm awful with this phone. Back online soon I hope.
