Wonderful news about the turtles, AQ. I know this is not connected, but there have been several reports about nature returning in places where it's now quiet because of the restrictions on humans. It's an ill wind, as they say....

Been busy moving stuff around as my OH has booked rental of a carpet cleaning machine for tomorrow. Our dining room has a lot of through traffic and is also the first place for dirty feet coming out of the garden, via our conservatory. He said he wants to clean everywhere he can before winter really sets in.

AQ: Re "impossible," I was reading an article this morning that likened Trump to the Queen in Alice in Wonderland who said "Why, sometimes I've believed in as many as six impossible things before breakfast." :-)

AQ, Funnily enough, I made the Nero comment a couple of days ago when I saw him playing golf whilst others were trying to get a hold on this terrible disease. Just shows how inhuman he is, as there are Americans dying because he has done nothing to try & halt the spread even though there are things which he could have influenced.

Good news this morning that there is now another vaccine on its way.

AQ, we were shown Australia this morning on our news with reports of the draconian limits on everyones movements.

I'm off to move furniture -- as you know, my OH gets going on things once he decides on action, and I have to run ahead, minimising possibility of damage to anything in his path!!

Lindy - I think I can use that one this week - thank you! My aim each week is to educate, inform, inspire and entertain, and I'm sure others will smile at the innovative use of loo rolls!

PAT - I think that many of us have forgotten how to laugh, so thank you, LINDY ! I found myself laughing st something on TV the other day, and the sound of my laughter startled me somewhat.
