I'm being very careful. I did initially set the leg press at 80kg but I realised, last week, that it was getting too easy. I'm not one of those nutters who thinks you have to really hurt to feel it's effective but I do need to feel that my muscles have been worked.
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
