On Caroline's blog entry yesterday she said Odin was seen eating a fish on a branch under (?) the nest, but did not bring any to the nest even thought the chicks were calling. Is he fattening up for a trip?? Check her bog entry of yesterday, Aug 21, for the exact wording

If the entries are brief and it is all in one place when we no longer see one or more of them we an check when they were last seen .
It is frustrating that the center doesn't tell us when they no longer see one or more of them for two days . and they know we have no zoom camera nor tags. It is like they sort of lost interest as long as they will never be able to identify them in the future .
They are calling like crazy. They must see an adult near by with a fish.

Yes but it said YESTERDAY (as in Friday 20th August)

What a hulabaloo, still having problems walking around the nest with the wind but don't think as bad as yesterday. Must'nt have posted properly before because the previous one came on. I'm going quackers.Sounds like there was an intruder about, they both mantled.
Yes this is what Caroline said in the blog:
" Yesterday, Odin caught a fish and then sat on a perch down behind the nest where he proceeded to eat it all by himself, even though one of the chicks was sitting on the nest calling and calling!"
Yes you are right Tiger it does say yesterday. Previous to that she says EJ and Odin are still around. Open to interpretation.

Hello All: They were both shouting as I came on just now - & now they've just started again.
Tiger: I have just posted a prompt on LG main blog.....I thought that the volunteers were charged with keeping a detailed diary of all that went on, possibly from the forward hide.....or am I just imagining that!
