Well, yesterday saw very littlie in the way of action on the nest. Odin visited a couple of times and I think EJ did as well. No sign of the chicks although there was some calling off stage.
Very, very, quiet , are they getting ready to migrate. I wonder!!!!
Over to the night shift and early morning shift. Night, Night.

Are we perhaps seeing the preparation going on for migration or have they left already - interesting to see whether the main blog has anything to say.
I wonder if Odin is 're-establishing' his bond with EJ prior to leaving. He left on the 22 August last year.
Thank you so much everyone for pics and posts. It seems to have been a quiet day since the morning flurry.
Can hear faint shouting so maybe they haven't gone yet!!
It's hard to be sure in the bright sunshine but I think Eldest has just arrived on the nest calling.
We have a juve on the nest
looks like the eldest
Came through when I heard shouting on the nest ... one GEM standing on the nest!
EDIT ... and then there was none!

Looks a bit like Eldest!!
and he's flown off again, short visit
I agree Lindy - it was Eldest - he's so different in profile to Youngest - he looks far more 'grown up' than Youngest
