The three juveniles are thriving under Mrs G and Aran's continued care, proving once again what formidable parents they are. Long may the season continue to be be hassle-free as it nears the time for migration
As per ALAN's heads-up
Nuthatch
It was on the end of the perch for a litte while before venturing to the nest:
Then later a Blue Tit and a Great Tit (I think, be nice!)
KC4 got a Mullet:
She was delighted:
She ate for a while and flew with it @ 18:08.
Aran with Flounder? No, it turned out to be a Mullet:
He delivered it to KC3:
He flew with it after the above shot, but returned very soon ("very soon", that's another Hylda Baker, CC an accident) and stood on the far fence with it for a longish time before flying with it again:
And that was the last we've seen of our birds tonight, so far.
IMAGICAT
01 September
Wow! We had the go-slow/stop @ 03:00 but it hasn't lasted nearly as long as it used to. Well done RSPB-IT
MrsG landed @ 05:45 and was joined by KC3 @ 06:22. Then @ 06:41 there was the blue Axis page with buffer and it resolved to daycam view with only MrsG remaining and the mist gathering behind her.
07:07 she transferred to the perch for a preen
Back to the nest for a relatively small Garfish:
MrsG flew with the fish, and disappointed KC3 eventually ended up on the perch, where he now is:
G'night folks!
Heatheris doing a Q&A session at 7.00 so got her tea so as to be ready KC3 and 4 were waiting on the perch for supper but Aran's delivery of a headlessmullet was missed KC4 got it......of course

Thank you, SANDRA - It was good to be reminded of migration ages, as I couldn't help feeling a bit anxious about KC2
Continuing on from where I left off, KC3 flew from the perch @ 09:06.
Here's a greetings card base with space for your message
MrsG had been waiting for 10 minutes for this well-chewed Flounder:
She hung about a bit but flew with it the second that KC4 landed
There might have been a mini-clash after KC3 landed on the perch ;)
KC3 hung around on the perch until 11:36 and was back - looking hungry - @ 12:37:
To perch to continue waiting (pics need a lot of adjustments, it's kinda misty today):
He flew @ 12:58 but was back a few minutes later, looking like he was defending - only stayed a minute.
Spot the Nuthatch - it was all round the fences and on the nest a bit, but no zoom:
KC3 was back on the perch for 3 minutes from 15:05, still looking unfed and a bit wild ;)
16:06 KC4 turned up on the perch and was eventually joined by KC3 - I've got a feeling I've seen this view earlier in the thread ;)
A duet:
Sillily, KC4 left - and KC3 got a nice whole Flounder:
He was so flustered by KC4's arrival that he nearly started at the wrong end!
Oh what luck - KC4 hung around doggedly long enough for bro to eat his fill and leave loads for her:
Another FISH !!! That's MrsG on the perch:
And she got it but no good shot of the grab - she flew with it:
Over to nightcam view, KC3 came in maybe wanting his fish back but he didn't get it, he flew off then KC4 finished eating and flew @ 20:23.
That was it for the night, unless anyone turns up later.
02 September
Only the odd corvid on the nest so far - one's on the perch now.
