To be sure of getting the active cam, we have to go to the Channel page and click on the LIVE cam - because the URL changes after an outage and repair - remember the problems I had with Carnyx's LG?  Nobody could understand... and I've just stopped myself from regurgitating the probs I had last year regarding a new URL for every time the cam had to be restarted, where the other nests didn't suffer the same.

Unfortunately the link has gone again - here is the Glaslyn FB update from a couple of hours ago...
so we may miss some departures? However, Glaslyn birds are known for staying longer than at many other nests.

UPDATED POST.
We are very sorry but the live streaming has been lost again due to the loss of internet at our Visitor Centre. We are trying our best to fix it but it is looking likely that a connection will not be stable until an Engineer can look at it on Monday. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

All five family members are still with us. We don't know what happened early morning due to the loss of signal, but we now know Mrs G has had a fish this afternoon and Aran has brought at least three fish to the nest.

Thanks Birdsong, I've been searching for the new link for ages & ages, to no avail, now I know why.

Thanks, Birdsong. At least they will try to keep us updated. Fingers crossed that no one leaves until the live stream is back up.

I forgot that I hadn't done the day, such as it was.  Some random snaps.

A small fish arrived (Aran brought it, of course) and KC2 (on the left) tried to take it from KC4, who really went for her sister!  No fight, KC2 knew she was beaten right away, she flew off and KC4 soon did too, with the fish:

KC2 came back later and waited forlornly ;) in the rain:

She got a headless fish!

And look who's in contention!  Did she eat all her fish or lose it?
