You are right margobird, Odin did bring a fish ... I saw him fly in with it ... he didn't hang around and must have taken it with him.

I am glad you saw that DjoanS thought I was imagining things and I think you are right Odin was making his intruder chirrup. Been watching for so long just to see an osprey and an intruder has gone and spoilt it for us. Hopefully he will come back with it. It looked a good size too.
Margobird
Well, spotted Joan and Margo - I didn't see the fish myself , Odin just flew in shrieking and looking up and around as he was doing so
Hi Cirrus had hoped Odin would come back with but can't wait any longer dinner calls. Not sure if I will get back tonight and I expect that will be when the action starts. Bye for now.
Cheers Margo - can hear the dulcet tones of youngsters yammering for fish as I type
Oh yes, Odin delivered the fish back to the nest and got the 'ell out of dodge as one youngster grabbed his fish and the other started a war over it
Odin brings the fish back!
One young one flies in to grab it, closely followed by another.
EDIT - poor margobird ... she went just too soon :-((
VERY good indeed Joan - excellent captures
One eating, one lying in wait and one calling in the background!
The one calling has now flown in to see what it can grab!
Not much hope of an Odin fish feeding three of them!
