Beautiful female, Rutland's CJ7:
The hoped-for partner for CJ7, local male LS7, has not yet appeared. CJ has been tending the nest daily and yesterday she took everyone by surprise, producing an egg - which took us by surprise by surviving... until midnight at least ;)

Thank you for the gull opinions, girls :)
No further sighting of CJ, no cambumps detected.
While I think of it, info for this page:

Good morning!
No night visitors, CJ flew in @ 04:34 to the campost and stayed there until she flew off and around to the perch then onto the nest. What a beautiful bird she is, such a waste, she should have so many courtiers.
I said to my friend on the phone that I've never spent so much time on a video that no-one is going to watch - but that may not be true,
She was back @ 09:34 and stayed for over an hour, just preening and waiting, until she brought up some leftovers and maybe went fishing (just a shortie, this one):

It isn't scylla! Much appreciated. What a lovely looking osprey and such a pity she's not got a mate
Kind regards, Ann

It just goes to show how important grammar is - well, not exactly grammar, maybe just word order - cos I meant that it might not be true that I've never spent so much time on... ;-D I had to drift off to watching animal rescues on YouTube to get over it ;)
